On Wednesday we enjoyed an evening of storytelling based on the theme of ‘Food’. Very appropriate for the meeting’s restaurant setting!
We had a storytelling smorgasbord. Starting with the whimsical ‘The Blairlogie Baker’ and the twisted tale of ‘A Boy and A Broonie’. Followed by the heartfelt ‘As Meat Loves Salt’ and the thought-provoking ‘Mallie and the Troll’. We finished with a sing-song redo of a classic fairytale with ‘Goldilocks Rap’.

The theme is ‘Right To Be Human’, ahead of the Scottish International Storytelling Festival in October. A fitting theme in our troubling times of political conflict, climate change, and culture wars!
