Join our Guest Artist ‘Colin Urwin’ for Soup, Song and Stories from the Glens. Also featuring local storytellers Joanne Dowd and Eleanor Bell.

Colin Urwin Biog: 

Colin Urwin storytelling: a white man with beard standing in front of a guitar gesturing with his handsColin Urwin is a modern-day Seanachaí. He is a folk singer, songwriter, storyteller and recording artist. He is a consummate performer and regularly appears at events and festivals all over Ireland and much further afield.

As well as his beautifully woven, self-penned stories drawn from the local legend and folklore of his beloved Glens of Antrim, Colin tells many traditional Irish and Scottish folk tales.

The Little Gold Ring, a legend of the Spanish Armada, is his first one man show. It was launched at the Girona Arts Festival this year and is set to tour Ireland. For details see www.colinurwin.com
