Our theme was “Island Tales” and we listened to stories from Crete, the Outer Hebrides, Orkney and beyond. We also heard an original poem from one of our longest serving storytellers, “My Wee Dream Holiday” . Due to the holiday season, our numbers were fewer than usual, but that gave us more time to blether and catch up, sharing personal anecdotes about islands we’ve visited and more besides.
